Security Systems

·              Designed over 50 Security Control Systems for various Connecticut School Systems.

·              Designed and implemented an Intranet Web Page for a billion dollar organization’s security department.

·              Complete responsibility for a 1.6 million-dollar security function for an inner city hospital in a high crime area.

·              Designed multiple access control systems that allowed for controlled access into the customer’s facility and restricted areas. ·              Designed a central security monitoring station that allowed for better security monitoring services and reduction in expenses. System payback in less than 18 months.

·              Set up a video identification system that allowed for the Badging of more than 7,000 people.

·              Worked with a security database company in the development of a security incident reporting system. This system allowed for the tracking of security incidents that helped in an improved solve rate and reduced rate of incidents.

·              Implemented training programs that resulted in reduced workers’ compensation claims and provided for an immediate payback and savings in excess of $10,000 per year.

·              Worked with a California based Visitor Management System company. Did installations and training for this group.

Parking\ Transportation Systems

·              Participated in a successful team effort that resulted in the purchase of a city owned parking garage. The facility was reorganized and turned into a revenue generating operation.

·              Managed a 1.3 million dollar parking garage rehabilitation project over an 18 month

·              Period. The project was completed on time and under budget.

·              Designed multiple transportation systems that helped comply with the Federal Clean Air Act Received a commendation from Governor Wiecker for creativity in developing such a system.

·              Worked with the Connecticut Department of Transportation in the redesigning of bus routes to improve health care access with no cost to the employer.

·              Managed a courier service that allowed for extended customer service and brand

·              association.

Telecommunications Systems

·              Designed and implemented a telecommunications system that allowed for reduced long distance telephone expenses and improved service.

·              Designed and purchased a pocket paging system with a 2-year payback and reduced operating expenses.

Conducted a transportation study for Yale University 1996. Signed on as a sub contractor for a Canadian software company1995 and a San Jose software company in 1997. Developed specific training programs for both customer groups. Designed a multiple security camera surveillance systems for an inner city school system, either developed or rewrote Security Department Policies & Procedures manuals for several major Corporations and companies.
